Cardio Strength

Cardio Strength is all about Moving constantly and having fun. We combine different forms of exercise, such as calisthenics, boxing, kickboxing, step aerobics, etc... to receive a full body workout. This is a great class for all fitness levels, and a great way to change up your regular cardio routine. Benefits are cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance. See you all in class!

Prime Time
It's never too late or too early to start! Prime Time provides an opportunity to work closely in a small group with a personal trainer to increase mobility, balance, strength and cardio. Exercise is an important part of maintaining health and mobility as we age. Consistent exercise can help ward off disease in elderly and can also improve health of those who are sick and frail. Our Prime Time class helps our senior members feel comfortable and focused as they exercise safely and effectively.

Mat Pilates
Pyramid Physical Therapy & Pilates
Move. Fit. Live. has partnered with Pyramid Physical Therapy and Pilates to provide this class. Mat Pilates focuses on strengthening the body with a big emphasis on core strength. Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. All Fitness Levels Welcome!
This is a paid class- $5 for MFL Members & $10 for Non-Members

Mobility
This mobility class will address the three primary areas where we can improve range of motion and stability. Those areas are the shoulders, hips and ankles. *Using Central Nervous System Patterning to improve joint and tissue mobility, will improve your range of motion which in turn will allow your body to move better and more efficiently.
