Bootcamp

Advanced, tough, and challenging: come to this class ready to push your limits by incorporating a mix of compound movements for physical strength and high intensity intervals for training the cardiovascular system. The catch: NO TWO WORKOUTS ARE THE SAME. Come out to this group class to join a community of people looking to test their limits and get in a killer workout. ALL FITNESS LEVELS are welcomed.

Cardio Strength

Cardio Strength is all about Moving constantly and having fun. We combine different forms of exercise, such as calisthenics, boxing, kickboxing, step aerobics, etc... to receive a full body workout. This is a great class for all fitness levels, and a great way to change up your regular cardio routine. Benefits are cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance. See you all in class!

Core

A quick 25 minute class designed to strengthen your core muscle so you can excel in your other workouts. Core stability is a staple component to our daily activities. Exercising our abdominal muscle will provide the support needed to carry out day-to-day tasks and make strides in your fitness journey.

Prime Time 

It's never too late or too early to start! Prime Time provides an opportunity to work closely in a small group with a personal trainer to increase mobility, balance, strength and cardio. Exercise is an important part of maintaining health and mobility as we age. Consistent exercise can help ward off disease in elderly and can also improve health of those who are sick and frail. Our Prime Time class helps our senior members feel comfortable and focused as they exercise safely and effectively.

Yoga

Leave the ego and competitive mindset at the door. Yoga is a time to disconnect and detach from everyday life. This class is for all fitness levels. In the first 10-15 minutes we warm up by simply focusing on the mind/body connections. Arriving on time is critical, for this is when the meditation begins. The "workout" is within the core of the class. This will last about 30 minutes in which we flow from one yoga pose to the next, creating what is called, "A Vinyasa Flow!" In this part of the class you can expect muscles to be challenged, core and balance to be worked, and maybe even break a sweat. In the last 10-15 minutes we slow things down by holding our stretches for longer durations, then we wrap it up by closing with silence in our deepest state meditation, savasana.

Zumba

Mobility 

Available via Facebook LIVE with Membership

Move. Fit. Live. is adding a mobility class to our online classes that you can do in the comfort of your own home to help you continue to keep your body in shape while you are unable to go to a gym for your workouts. This mobility class will address the three primary areas where we can improve range of motion and stability. Those areas are, the shoulders, hips and ankles. *Using Central Nervous System Patterning to improve joint and tissue mobility, will improve your range of motion which in turn will allow your body to move better and more efficiently. 

 

The only “equipment” you will need for this class will be a chair, stick or pole (a broom stick works well) , a mat or padded place to lay on the floor and a foam roller if you have one.
