Cardio Strength

Cardio Strength is all about Moving constantly and having fun. We combine different forms of exercise, such as calisthenics, boxing, kickboxing, step aerobics, etc... to receive a full body workout. This is a great class for all fitness levels, and a great way to change up your regular cardio routine. Benefits are cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance. See you all in class!

A quick 25 minute class designed to strengthen your core muscle so you can excel in your other workouts. Core stability is a staple component to our daily activities. Exercising our abdominal muscle will provide the support needed to carry out day-to-day tasks and make strides in your fitness journey.

Move. Fit. Live. is adding a mobility class to our online classes that you can do in the comfort of your own home to help you continue to keep your body in shape while you are unable to go to a gym for your workouts. This mobility class will address the three primary areas where we can improve range of motion and stability. Those areas are, the shoulders, hips and ankles. *Using Central Nervous System Patterning to improve joint and tissue mobility, will improve your range of motion which in turn will allow your body to move better and more efficiently. 


The only “equipment” you will need for this class will be a chair, stick or pole (a broom stick works well) , a mat or padded place to lay on the floor and a foam roller if you have one.
