Bootcamp 
 

Advanced, tough, and challenging: come to this class ready to push your limits by incorporating a mix of compound movements for physical strength and high intensity intervals for training the cardiovascular system. The catch: NO TWO WORKOUTS ARE THE SAME. Come out to this group class to join a community of people looking to test their limits and get in a killer workout. ALL FITNESS LEVELS are welcomed.

Diva Dance

Everybody talks about getting in shape. Dance your way to a video vixen body.  Learn a low-impact, cardio dance choreo routine featuring original, fierce choreography influenced by your favorite music videos and pop songs. DivaDance offers fitness dance classes that give dancers of ALL LEVELS (including no dance experience!)  a full body workout. No matter whether you’re used to high intensity cardio or need something low impact and sexy, our classes have something right for you. 

 

MFL Members receive 4 FREE classes each month. Ask MFL team member for details.

Diva Dance

Mat Pilates 
Pyramid Physical Therapy & Pilates 

Move. Fit. Live. has partnered with Pyramid Physical Therapy and Pilates to provide this class. Mat Pilates focuses on strengthening the body with a big emphasis on core strength. Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. All Fitness Levels Welcome! 

 

This is a paid class- $5 for MFL Members & $10 for Non-Members

Using aerobic and fitness principles, Zumba helps you achieve cardio and muscular endurance benefits. Come join Miguel and the rest of Move. Fit. Live at our next Zumba class!
