The Shamrock Shuffle
Come join the MFL crew for a 30 minute run. These community and training runs, are free and open to everyone of all fitness levels! They are a great way to prepare for our upcoming 4th Annual Labor Day 5K! The goal is to Just Move. You can run, jog, and/or walk.
