Community Workouts
Community is what started Move. Fit. Live. We offer free Community Events to all our members and non members. This is a great way for us to come together as a whole and help to better each oher. We host 5k walk/runs, outdoor workouts, and gym workouts/parties. We encourage all our members to come and bring along their family, friends or any one interested in seeing what Move. Fit. Live is about!
Cardio Room
Need to shed a few pounds? Prepping for a marathon? Or maybe looking to do some fasted cardio? Well Move. Fit. Live. has everything to meet your cardio needs. We have plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, a variety of stationary bikes, row machine and a stairmaster.
Weight Room
Ready for an amazing workout? Our Weight Room will have you feeling incredible. The versatility of our Weight Room offers everything you need to get in a great workout. We offer 3 separate sets of dumbbells, 2 sets of weight bars, machines for both upper and lower body, 2 squat racks, 2 smith machines, 2 pully systems for various exercises, mobility area, and much more!

Move. Fit. Live offers a variety of studio/group glasses that encourage all age/fitness levels to join. Led by some of our best trainers, we make sure you get the very best out of your workout. Our trainers are here to make sure every movement is done properly and safely, your health is our top priority.
Rejuvenate at Move. Fit. Live
Here at Move. Fit. Live we offer full service massage sessions. Need to wind down from a busy week or recover from a tough workout, our massages are tailored to how you want it. We offer Relax, Deep Tissue, Cupping, and Chair Massages.

Locker Rooms
We have full service locker rooms. Keys are provided for the lockers and both our men's and women's have a hot sauna.
